I am a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience working with teens and adults. I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, phobias, depression, trauma, and major life events. Life can be hard, and challenges often come our way when we least expect it. Nobody achieves anything alone.
I have an interest in ERP, Exposure and Response Prevention for the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of anxiety and other anxiety related disorders.

Services
Individual Therapy
I offer both in person and telehealth sessions. Each session lasts between 50-60 minutes.

Family Therapy
While I do not consider myself a family therapist, Family Therapy is an additional service I offer to individual clients only. Family Therapy services focus on building parent-child relationship support and can be incorporated into treatment based on the needs of the client and dynamic of the family. Each session lasts between 50-60 minutes.

Ecotherapy
Ecotherapy is a nontraditional form of therapy that integrates nature into treatment. This can be accomplished by meeting outside or bringing elements of nature into the office or virtual setting.
Incorporating nature into treatment provides opportunities for movement, self-exploration, meaning making, and connection. All outdoor sessions are held at a safe location that is agreed upon by all parties and is subject to weather permitting.

FAQs
1. Do you provide virtual and in-person sessions?
Yes! I am happy to provide both virtual and in-person sessions. Virtual appointments are super convenient for busy schedules. In-person appointments allow for personal face to face contact without having to worry about technology getting in the way.
2. What is your session rate?
60 minute individual session - $140
60 minute family session - $140
20 minute initial phone consultation - Free

The session rate applies to both in-person and virtual appointments.
3. Do you take insurance?
Yes. I am currently in network with Highmark Blue Shield and Aetna.

For persons I am not in network with I can provide a superbill to submit for reimbursement. I always recommend checking with your insurance provider to determine if you have this benefit.
4. How do I schedule an appointment?

6. What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee. All reschedules and cancellations can be completed through email, voicemail, or text.
